so today...  
BREAKFAST: water

LUNCH:Yoplait Light Thick & Creamy Peaches & Cream flavor.. my favorite :)

Dinner: :( :( 1 slice of pizza... and some chessy bread, and a soda...

I felt horrible so i went out and walked/jogged 5 miles... Still feel guilty

So i plan to go workout at 6:30am tomorrow.. and yogurt for breakfast, yogurt for lunch... ad small dinner... well see if all goes as planned...
