WOO HOO  
I did great today.. like i said this morning i walked/jogged 4 mi before work. then walked my a$$ off at work... and ate GREAT today!

Breakfast: Water

Lunch: Yoplait light ( 100 calories )

Dinner: 1 piece of Tilapia ( 100 cals ) + 1 can of Spinich ( 90 cals )

------------------------------------------------------

Total : 290 cals!

I'm so happy.. but now off to bed i go.. oh and the book i ordered can today.. "Skinny Bitch" i'll let u know what i think...

hey! I saw your post in another community. We have really similar goals...I want to be 110-115 by October 26, my 21st birthday, and I started off at 175 and I'm around 145 now.
